Great place. First of all, good coffee ;) a lot of cool structures, the facility is very large. The toddler zone is also quite large, with many toys and balls. Children up to one year old enter for free. It's nice that there are cabinets to hide valuable things. Quite a large locker room. Nice atmosphere. The only downside may be the huge noise, the facility is large, so there are a lot of children at the same time, e.g. several birthday parties. But it's obvious that there is a buzz in such a place. If someone would like to spend time more quietly, e.g. with a baby or a very small child, I recommend going in the afternoon, when it is quiet. :)

I appreciate that there are multimedia screens and music machines in the hall, because this is the future, but there are too many of them. Everyone knows perfectly well why parents take their children to playrooms, so it makes no sense to put more than one, and they were placed at practically every entrance to physical games. This significantly distracts the child from the purpose of the visit, because such a machine is a magnet that is difficult to avoid. The hall itself is fine, although the number of tunnels is limited to 3-4 routes (walls to be precise) and 3 slides, one of which is only for older people. The ninja track was nice, but definitely for bigger children, but there weren't any crowds there. The best attraction was the volcano. Plus, there's plenty of seating for parents and good hot drinks and cookies from the counter. An additional small minus for the coldness in the room.

The playroom is great for children of all ages. The staff is very discouraging from entering and buying food. The ladies are there to do a few hours of work with grumpy faces and spend more time gossiping. PLN 4 for one white toast is a bit excessive, and the face and grimace when I asked for an additional cut discouraged me from going to the buffet again. To sum up - children are satisfied with the attractions, the staff needs to be replaced or training in working with people is needed.

The playroom was very well-kept and seemed clean to me. Various attractions for children of different ages. Among others, a football pitch and an obstacle course. Additionally, it is possible to play on touch boards. One larger board for slightly older children and one smaller board in the form of a screen on the wall. Helpful and nice service. The shop is quite well equipped and the prices in the shop are affordable. A separate zone for smaller children up to 3 years old. The nice thing is that chairs and tables for parents are also available only in the area next to the shop, but also closer to the attractions, e.g. trampolines. There are hair dryers and a monitor where you can track the children's whereabouts. The only minor downside is that the baby changing table is only available in the women's restroom, which is why I had to disturb a few women. My children were happy. We will definitely come back here.

The playroom is nice, I went there from time to time with my children, but the service was just terrible, but today the service lady outdid herself, I came with my children, as always, and the first thing I approached was to ask about the Multisport kids card, the lady at the beginning indicated that they had Multisport. junior, so I asked again to check the kids, the answer was there, but at the exit, to which I replied yes and went to the room, after an hour I left, she gave me the Multisport Kids Card, and the other lady replied that it was given at the entrance, and she was surprised because her friend said that she was there when I left, of course, when I asked her a question, she started fidgeting, that she didn't know about any card and that I didn't ask her, and that she even started twisting what she said and tried to blame me, it's just an embarrassment to lie like that to my face, I was furious How can you have untrained staff and they lie?
